Christmas, 2024. A returning client requested once again for me to decorate her home for Christmas and to plan a Christmas lunch for her family and friends. It was her first festive season in her new home, and she wanted to go all out with the decorations and a beautifully organised Christmas lunch. Excited by the opportunity to make her celebration unforgettable, I focused on creating a vibrant and warm atmosphere while keeping her budget in mind. To bring her vision to life, I handcrafted many of the decorations and props, ensuring they were unique and personal to her style. Additionally, I sourced other festive items in bulk, which allowed me to achieve a high-end aesthetic at a fraction of the cost. The end result was a beautifully transformed space featuring festive centrepieces, creative accents, and a cohesive Christmas theme that delighted her and her guests. In addition to decorating, I coordinated the Christmas lunch, ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. From selecting the menu to organising the presentation of food, I prioritised efficiency and creativity to make the dining experience as memorable as the décor. The combination of thoughtful design and well-planned organisation resulted in a cohesive and stress-free celebration for the client and her guests. The event was a resounding success, with the client delighted by how her home transformed into a festive wonderland. This project showcased my ability to manage end-to-end event coordination, combining creative problem-solving, budgeting expertise, and meticulous attention to detail to exceed client expectations.
